Standard shipping is free for items shipped to addresses in the contiguous 48 US states (excludes AK and HI). Standard shipping refers to UPS or USPS shipping at our discretion and usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive after we ship your order. Be sure and check product descriptions for lead times (see product descriptions) when determining when your order will arrive.
We also offer discounted UPS and USPS shipping options for US and international addresses. Just make your selections during checkout.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items are weight-based, with carriers adding additional charges for large box sizes.
Return Policy
Take up to 60 days to decide if you love your Cold Nose Creations purchase
You may return most new items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Custom, personalized, or holiday themed items are not returnable for a refund. However, we will replace (at our expense) items that were made incorrectly or are defective.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
