If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!
You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must not be a custom, personalized, or holiday themed item (see below).
You may return most new items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Custom, personalized, or holiday themed items are not returnable for a refund. However, we will replace (at our expense) items that were made incorrectly or are defective.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of when we receive your returned item(s).
